You've encountered an error. Please follow these steps to resolve it:
- Go back to the login page
- Try opening a private/incognito browsing window and log in from there.
Please note: if you've been logged in on multiple browsers or devices, make sure the application is only open on one. For example, if someone else (such as a parent) has logged in on their phone or computer to help you out, or if you have the app open in both Chrome and Edge this can cause conflicts and lead to issues. Only having it open in one place will help avoid these problems.
